Move into new letting

My family and I have just moved home into a new letting managed by Charters Winchester. Having moved into our last home with another letting agency, it became immediately apparent how professional Charters are when compared to others. Having viewed and selected a property to let, Hanna managed the credit checking process, viewing and signing of the Tenancy Agreement, receipt of deposit and rent payments and general queries my wife and I had. Overall we were both extremely happy with the service that Hanna delivered. She was very helpful, enthusiastic and positive throughout and we are very grateful to her and the Property Management Team.
